THE SITE

The site covers approximately 0.06 hectares and sits in a city centre block within the Glasgow Central Conservation Area. It is bounded by Bath Street to the South, West Nile Street to the East, Sauchiehall Lane to the North and 38 Bath Street (a six storey B Grade Listed Building) to the West.

The site is close to both the Sauchiehall Street and Buchanan Street retail precincts, and to Buchanan Galleries shopping centre. It is also close to both Glasgow’s mainline terminal stations, Glasgow Central and Glasgow Queen Street, to Glasgow’s underground system and to Buchanan Street bus station.

Currently the site is occupied by two storey buildings which have been vacant since Spring 2020.
