THE VISION

The design concept for Nile House involves the careful redevelopment of the site and addition of new upper floors which could provide co-working space, student accommodation, aparthotel rooms or a combination of these uses. 

The proposals will deliver a vibrant mixed development of scale on this prominent corner site in the heart of Glasgow’s City Centre.
